Why “just hire any Filipino VA” doesn't work for US real estate teams.

Most Filipino VA platforms vouch for a few hundred resumes. PHVA is a training program: every VA we place has spent 8 weeks learning US real estate workflows, tools, and communication norms before they ever meet a client. Here's what that actually looks like.

The funnel: from 1,000 applicants to your team.

We track every Academy cohort. These are the actual cut rates for the most recent cohort (Q4 2025 – Q1 2026). The 2% you've heard us cite isn't marketing — it's the math.

What's in the curriculum.

Eight weeks, four pillars. Every VA who earns Certification has been tested on all of these. Roles diverge in week 5 — a TC track, an ISA track, an EA track, and a marketing track.

Pillar 1: US real estate fluency

Most VAs come in knowing nothing about US real estate. By week 3, they speak the language of the role.

  • Transaction lifecycle (offer → accepted → under contract → close)
  • Brokerages, agents, teams — who does what
  • MLS, DA, EOM, EMD, contract-to-close timelines
  • Common state-specific deal structures (CA, FL, TX nuances)
  • Buyer/seller agency dynamics post-2024 NAR settlement

Pillar 2: Tool stack proficiency

By graduation, every VA has been tested on the tools real estate teams actually use. Not toy demos — live workflows.

  • Google Workspace + Microsoft 365 (advanced)
  • Slack, Teams, Loom, async communication norms
  • Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra Interactive, Chime CRMs
  • Dotloop, DocuSign, SkySlope (transaction management)
  • Canva + basic Adobe Express for listing collateral

Pillar 3: Communication & English fluency

The Philippines has the highest English literacy in Asia (90%+, EF 2024). We push for the top 2% of that.

  • Neutral US accent training (for ISA-track candidates)
  • Written communication: short, scannable, no fluff
  • Phone scripts: lead intake, appointment confirmation, follow-up
  • Cultural fluency: directness without rudeness, async etiquette
  • Voice samples reviewed weekly by a US-based coach

Pillar 4: Role specialization (weeks 5–8)

Final 4 weeks are role-specific. Trainees pick a track and get deep, role-specific instruction.

  • TC track: contract-to-close, milestones, compliance docs
  • ISA track: lead intake scripts, CRM hygiene, appointment setting
  • EA track: inbox triage, calendar mastery, executive support
  • Marketing track: listings, social, MLS-to-Canva pipelines
  • Each track has its own final certification exam
