The Academy isn't run by AI or pre-recorded videos. It's run by ten humans: six US real estate veterans who design and grade the curriculum, and four Philippines-based trainers who run the day-to-day cohorts. Every certified VA you'll meet has worked with most of them directly.

Former lead transaction coordinator for a 12-agent team in Phoenix. Built her own VA program before joining PHVA — runs the TC track end-to-end.

Owns: TC track (Weeks 5–8), state-specific contract module (Week 3), transaction-management tooling (Dotloop, DocuSign, SkySlope).

Background in real-estate ops + light SaaS. Owns the tool-stack curriculum and our Zapier-based automation training.

Philippines-based cohort trainers

The team that runs day-to-day cohort instruction in Manila and Cebu — live coaching, daily standups, scenario practice. They speak the same English — and the same Tagalog — as your future VA.

Software-ops background. Owns the live tool tests in Week 4 and helps trainees who get stuck on platform-specific challenges.
