"I was quoted $4,800/mo for a US-based ISA. Our PHVA ISA does the same lead-follow-up volume for $1,200 flat, and she's been with us 19 months. The math wasn't close."

Team Lead, 8-agent team Charlotte, NC · PHVA client since 2024

"We tried OnlineJobs.ph twice and lost six weeks each time training people who disappeared. PHVA placed our TC in 9 days. She's still here 18 months later, running 30+ transactions/month."

Broker/Owner, boutique brokerage Austin, TX · PHVA client since 2024

"The Success Manager is the difference. When my listing coordinator needed retraining on our CRM, the SM ran it — I didn't lift a finger. $1,500/mo and I get my Sundays back."

Solo agent, $11M/yr GCI Naples, FL · PHVA client since 2023

Pricing questions answered

How good is your VAs' English really?
Every Academy-certified VA passes a B2 minimum on standardized English assessments (most are C1+). They go through real-time video interviews, written samples, and recorded role-play with US accents during certification. If communication is ever a friction point, your Success Manager handles it or rematches you in 3 business days.
How does the time-zone difference actually work?
Most clients have their VA on US business hours (PH evening/overnight). About 30% prefer overlap shifts — a 4–5 hour overlap then async work. VAs are interviewed and matched specifically to the schedule you need. We don't place anyone who isn't willing to work your hours.
What about data security, passwords, and NDAs?
Every PHVA VA signs an NDA and confidentiality agreement before placement. They use 1Password (or your password manager) for credential sharing — no plaintext passwords ever. Workstations are vetted, internet is hardwired, and we support BYOD or PHVA-issued equipment. Happy to sign your specific NDA or DPA at no cost.
What's included in my monthly plan?
A PHVA Academy-certified VA, a dedicated Success Manager, PH payroll and compliance handled by us, unlimited rematch if your VA isn't the right fit, and 30 days to try risk-free. Full-time adds a structured onboarding playbook, priority senior talent (3+ yrs), and 5-business-day priority rematch.
How much is my VA actually paid?
Part-time VAs earn $8–12/hour USD. Full-time certified VAs earn $12–18/hour depending on experience. You pay us the flat monthly rate; we handle all PH payroll, taxes, social security, and 13th month bonus.
What if my VA doesn't work out?
You get a free rematch within 3 business days (5 for full-time priority). If we can't match you in 30 days, we refund you in full. Total refunds: 3 in 5 years across 237 placements (1.3%). The math says we get this right.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Pricing is completely flat. You pay $900 or $1,500 per month, nothing more. No onboarding fees, no setup costs, no platform markups, no surge pricing, no recruitment fees.
Do you offer bulk pricing for 5+ VAs?
Yes. Volume discounts kick in at 5+ VAs across both plans. Email sales@philippinesvirtualassistants.com or book a strategy call and we'll put together a custom proposal.
