We use the information to connect employers with talent, process recurring payments securely via Stripe, and send marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time).
We do not sell your personal data. We only share candidate profiles (with masked contact information) to prospective employers on our platform. All payment data is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
