1、1988年，公司經(jīng)海南省政府批準(zhǔn)成立；

2、1990年，公司與德國(guó)著名的柏格沃特(Borgwaldt)香精香料公司技術(shù)合作，成為該公司在中國(guó)唯一的香精香料產(chǎn)品總代理；

3、1997年9月，公司被列為《中國(guó)香精香料化妝品工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)團(tuán)體會(huì)員》名錄，（中香化協(xié)證字第357號(hào)）；

4、1998年，公司被國(guó)家煙草專(zhuān)賣(mài)局批準(zhǔn)為《煙用香料香精定點(diǎn)供應(yīng)單位》；

5、1998年11月，公司董事長(zhǎng)總經(jīng)理許嘉華、常務(wù)副總經(jīng)理邵冠華等一行考察越南，與越南香煙總公司董事長(zhǎng)阮南海先生洽談投資合作事宜；

6、2000年1月，公司獲《廣西卷煙材料（香精香料）定點(diǎn)供應(yīng)單位》證書(shū)；

7、2000年9月，公司獲《貴州省卷煙材料生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)定點(diǎn)證》；

8、2001年2月，公司生產(chǎn)廠通過(guò)ISO 9002質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，并獲證書(shū)；

9、2001年5月，公司贊助在廣東茂名舉行的中國(guó)茂名世界女子沙灘排球公開(kāi)賽；

10、2001年8月，公司經(jīng)國(guó)家煙草專(zhuān)賣(mài)局復(fù)查驗(yàn)收合格成為《煙用香料香精定點(diǎn)供應(yīng)單位》，（1988第0-132號(hào)）；

11、2001年8月，公司被中國(guó)質(zhì)量協(xié)會(huì)批準(zhǔn)為理事成員單位，公司董事長(zhǎng)總經(jīng)理許嘉華成為協(xié)會(huì)理事；

12、2003年1月，廣東省省長(zhǎng)黃華華到茂名生產(chǎn)廠視察；

13、2002年12月，公司獲《中國(guó)質(zhì)量、服務(wù)、信譽(yù)AAA級(jí)企業(yè)》；

14、2003年，公司獲《海南省質(zhì)量協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員單位》；

15、2003年3月，公司獲海南省?？谑泄ど绦姓芾砭帧逗？诘貐^(qū)2001-2002年度守合同 重信用單位》；

16、2003年5月，公司獲《海南省企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力50強(qiáng)》企業(yè)；

17、2003年5月，公司獲《中華人民共和國(guó)出口企業(yè)資格》進(jìn)出口經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)；

18、2003年9月，公司獲國(guó)家香精香料產(chǎn)品《全國(guó)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)許可證》；

19、2003年8月，公司獲《云南省煙用香料香精供應(yīng)許可證》；

20、2003年9月，公司生產(chǎn)廠通過(guò)ISO 9001∶2000版質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證，并獲證書(shū);；

21、2003年10月，廣東省省委書(shū)記張德江到公司視察；

22、2004年元月，公司總部遷至?？谑旋埨ケ甭啡A銀大廈24樓；

23、2004年2月，公司以51%的股份投資200萬(wàn)美金與越南香煙總公司在西貢地區(qū)合作建立造紙薄片廠，越方占股份49%。

2. In 1990 the company started the technical cooperation with Borgwaldt Flavor, a well-known professional company of flavor and casing in Germany.

3.  In Sept.1997, the company became a member of China Association of Fragrance & Flavor and Cosmetic Industry (CAFFCI).

4. In 1998, the company became Entitled Supplier for Tobacco Flavor and Casing under approval of China Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.

5. In Nov.1998, Xu Jiahua, the Board Chairman and General Manager, and Shao Guanhua, the Vice Manager visited Vietnam Tobacco Head Office and negotiated business with its general manager Mr.Ruan Nanhai.

6. In Jan.2000, the company became Entitled Supplier for Guangxi Cigarette Material (Flavor & Casing).

7. In Sept.2000, the company became Entitled Supplier for Guizhou Cigarette Flavor & Casing.

8. In Feb.2001, the company passed inspection of ISO9002 and acquired the certificate.

9. In May 2001, the company sponsored the World Female Beach Volleyball held in Maoming, Guangdong.

10. In Aug.2001, the company was re-examined by China Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and was honored Entitled Supplier for Tobacco Flavor and Casing.

11. In Aug.2001, the company became a member of China Council and Mr. Xu became one of its directors.

12. In Jan., 2003, Mr. Huang Hua, Stadholder of Guangdong visited our production plant.

13. In Dec.2002, the company was honored Enterprise of Quality, Service and Reputation of China (AAA).

14. In 2003, the company was honored Member of Hainan Quality Association.

15. In March 2003, the company was honored 2001-2002 Enterprise of Credit by Hainan Industry and Commerce Administration.

16. In May 2003, the company was chosen as a member of the 50 the top enterprises of Hainan.

17. In May 2003, the company acquired Certificate of Export in PRC.

18. In June 2003, the company acquired Production Permit of Flavor & Casing in China.

19. In Aug. 2003, the company acquired Supply Permit of Yunnan Tobacco Flavor.

20. In Sept. 2003, the company passed the inspection of ISO9001 and acquired the certificate (Edition 2000).

21. In Oct. 2003, Secretary of Guangdong Province visited our production plant.

22. In Jan. 2004, the company moved to the 24^th floor of Huayin Building in Longkun North Road.

23. In Feb. 2004, partnering Vietnam Tobacco Head Office, the company invested USD 2 million (with a share of 51%) in building up a recon tobacco sheet and cigarette paper-making plant in Saigon.
